Bentley is a fun and friendly guy who came to The Rescued Dog from the Humane Society of Imperial County. Bentley’s foster family reports that he’s happiest when he’s out and about for a walk. During his walks he’s a curious, friendly guy who loves to smell things and greet other walkers, both humans and canines, along the way.  Bentley has never met a dog he hasn’t liked, and gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. Bentley also loves his people, and is quite a snuggler. He’s good about coming when you call him, and he’d love to learn more tricks and skills with his new forever family. Bentley weighs in at 7-pounds full grown. He is 2 1/2 years old as of this month. If you’d like to meet this little pint-sized Pomeranian/Cocker Spaniel mix, please fill out an application at TheRescuedDog.org and an adoption coordinator will be in touch to schedule a meet and greet.  We also encourage you to contact them even if you can only foster a dog temporarily.  Unfortunately, their ability to pull dogs out of municipal shelters is limited to the number of foster families they have, so please consider getting involved in volunteering.
