Brownie: Wednesday’s Adoption Pet 1/11/17
Pet’s Name: Brownie
Breed: Chihuahua Mix
Age: 4 years old
Sex: Spayed Female
Organization: The Rescued Dog
Meet Brownie, an adorable Chihuahua mix, looking for her forever family. Brownie is available from The Rescued Dog, and she’s been living with other rescued dogs while she awaits her new forever home. Brownie was overweight when she was originally rescued, weighing in at about 20-pounds. She’s been watching what she eats and has slimmed down a bit, but her new family will want to make sure she’s on the right track with her diet and exercise. That shouldn’t be too hard, as Brownie loves a good walk. In fact, she might even motivate you to stick to your New Year’s diet and exercise plan! She’s smart, sweet, and playful with other dogs. She’ll be a lot of fun to train. Brownie can be shy at first when meeting new people and dogs, but she warms up quickly. She also has lovely manners in the house and is completely house trained. Brownie is about 4 years old, which is a great age to start life with her new family. She’s over all the puppy stuff but still has many years of life and love to share. If you’d like to meet Brownie, please fill out an adoption application at TheRescuedDog.org and an adoption coordinator will be in touch to schedule a meet and greet.
