Jasper: Wednesday’s Adoption Pet 08/24/16
Age: 3 years old
Sex: Neutered Male
This adorable, handsome little Schnauzer wound up at the Humane Society of Imperial County, and The Rescued Dog pulled him from the shelter and put him into their foster program here in San Diego. Jasper is quite a social butterfly. He loves meeting new people and making new dog friends. He gets along great with pretty much everyone, including cats and children! Jasper loves going to the dog park to hang out with his canine buddies, and though he gets little spurts of playful energy, he doesn’t need too much action during the day. Jasper also enjoys a good walk and behaves like a gentleman on the leash. When the fun is over, this guy is an expert snuggler. His foster mom reports that he’s goofy, very sweet, and makes funny noises to express himself! Jasper is 3 years old as of this month, and weighs in at a whooping 13-pounds, full-grown. Jasper is crate trained and house trained, and would love to work on learning some basic commands with his new family. If you’re looking for a fun and friendly little snuggle bug, maybe Jasper is your guy! To meet him, please fill out an application at TheRescuedDog.org and an adoption coordinator will be in touch to schedule a meet and greet.
