In honor of World Spay Day, today, we’re featuring an adoptable pet from Friends of SNAP, the Spay Neuter Action Program. Milo is a 6-year-old, 11-pound, neutered male Chihuahua mix, rescued from a local county shelter and put into a Friends of SNAP foster home. Milo is neutered, fully vaccinated, crate-trained, housebroken and knows how to use a doggie door. He loves car rides, and trips to Fiesta Island.  Milo loves people, men and women alike, and though he enjoys the company of other dogs in his foster home, he’s not really big on playing with them.  He’s more into playing with soft toys.  He’s very sweet, quiet and not hyper at all. If you’re interested in adopting Milo, Friends of SNAP will be having an adoption event this Saturday from 11-to-2 at the Sears in the UTC shopping Mall on La Jolla Village Dr.  Friends of SNAP has a Facebook page, or you can go to for more information about all of their programs.
