Oso: Thursday’s Adoption Pet 10/27/16
Sex; Neutered Male
Organization: Animal Rescuers Without Borders
Oso is a 9-year-old Pomeranian Spitz mix, and he’s an example of how wonderful adopting senior dogs can be….a lot less work than a puppy, and just as lovable! Oso was relinquished by his mom after she got a new job that required lots of travel, and Oso was stuck in boarding whenever she was away. An ideal future for him would be to spend his life with a retiree, or a family who can give him lots of love and attention. He’d also be a good companion for another calm canine. Nothing makes him happier than hanging out with his people. This fluffy Pomeranian mix is excellent with people of all ages, including children, and loves other dog and cats…in fact he’s curently living in a home with lots of other pets. As a senior he’s had a dental cleaning, he’s up to date on all his vaccinations, he’s already neutered and has a clean bill of health from the vet. He’ll need regular grooming to keep his fur in good shape, and annual vet visits. If you’re interested in meeting Oso, please fill out an adoption appliation at ARWOB.org where you can also learn about becoming a foster family for Animal Rescuers Without Borders and helping another dog just like Oso, until a forever family can be found.
