Pawley is a sweet, playful kitten who would love to hang out on your shoulder and watch the world go by. He loves everyone he’s ever met.  Pawley was recused with 14 other cats from an over-crowed shelter in El Centro, and has been at Friends of Cats since September.  He’s been tested for diseases, is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is just $100 and comes with a free veterinary visit.  Friends of Cats is a no-kill shelter that provides shelter and medical care to abandoned cats and those whose owners are unable to care for them. They house 270 cats at any given time. About half are adoptable and looking to find their new home. They also have a sanctuary for cats that are terminally ill, unadoptable, or whose owners have arranged for their lifetime care.  This Saturday, December 10th from 5-to-7 PM, Friends of Cats will be hosting “Whisker Wonderland”. If you appreciate the wonderful contribution they provide to our community, please come join in the holiday festivities, spend time with the kitties, and buy holiday gifts at the Cat Boutique. Don’t forget to bring a donation of unopened cat food.  Friends of Cats is located on Olde Highway 80 in El Cajon, and they’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 AM to 3:30 PM
