There are few, if any, animal welfare organizations that would recommend declawing your cat, but if that is something that’s important to you, then I know where you can get two wonderful declawed kitties who are in need of a good home.  Thor and his sister Diamond are both available for adoption at the El Cajon Animal Shelter.  As you can see, Thor is a brown tabby, and his sister is a manx tabby.  Both are 4-years-old, declawed on their front paws, and super friendly with everyone.  Thor is a big love-bug who likes to talk and play with toys.  Both cats were turned into the shelter because their owner became allergic to them.  His previous owner says Thor loves to sleep with his people, and will follow you around the house like a shadow.  He’s very affectionate.  Thor can be adopted by himself, but ideally, it would be wonderful if someone adopted both kitties and kept them together.   All animals at the shelter are spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption.  The El Cajon Animal Shelter is located at 1275 N. Marshall Street, two blocks north of Fletcher Parkway, in El Cajon.  They’re open Tuesday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm, and closed Sundays and Mondays. Please come visit Thor and Diamond and see if they’re the perfect pair for you.
